Terms of Use
General terms governing use of the TradeDelegate website and the relationship between website information and client engagements.
Website use
Users should use this website lawfully and avoid interfering with its security, availability, intellectual property, or other users.
Representation relationships
Website information does not itself create a representative, agency, employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship. Client engagements require a separate written agreement.
Authority
A TradeDelegate’s authority should be limited to the scope stated in the client agreement. Standard representation does not automatically authorize a delegate to bind a client to contracts.
Payments and cancellations
Fees, direct costs, cancellation terms, and payment schedules should be stated in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
Third-party services
Events, travel providers, payment processors, communications platforms, and other third parties operate under their own terms.
Limitation of liability
Any limitation of liability applicable to a paid engagement should be stated in the governing client agreement and comply with applicable law.
