A TradeDelegate’s authority should be limited to the scope stated in the client agreement. Standard representation does not automatically authorize a delegate to bind a client to contracts.
Payments and cancellations
Fees, direct costs, cancellation terms, and payment schedules should be stated in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
Third-party services
Events, travel providers, payment processors, communications platforms, and other third parties operate under their own terms.
Limitation of liability
Production terms should contain limitations appropriate to the actual service structure and applicable law.
